Business Pulse is the live home page for the selected business. It combines the business identity with current operating information from Pazi, so you can see blockers, channel health, balances, funnel activity, work, and the roadmap in one place.
The business identity
The top identity header shows only the business logo and name. Select the pencil to rename an owned business in place. Until the business has a logo, select + and choose Upload logo to add a PNG or Generate logo to start the existing logo-creation flow in business chat. An uploaded logo—or a generated concept after you approve it—automatically replaces the empty state.
Update Business Pulse to reflect our current brand. Use the attached logo and brand guide, keep the identity header limited to the logo and name, and leave the live work and opportunity areas intact.
Copied!Operating sections and metrics
Expand Blockers, Business Overview, Website, Ads, Outreach, or Social Media to inspect that area without leaving Business Pulse. Blockers remains visible at zero so you can confirm that no agent is waiting for input.
Cash Balance shows the Pazi funding available for work. Payout shows eligible Stripe-backed sales proceeds currently available for withdrawal and starts at $0.00. Funnel shows website Visitors and commerce Orders for the selected period. Users remains zero until Pazi has a canonical user metric.
Ongoing work
The ongoing-work area shows in-progress and paused opportunities for the selected business, plus a live count of active agents.
Open Main Chat to answer a specialist question or inspect the plan. Retry and Resume continue the existing background workstream rather than starting over.
Outreach
The collapsible Outreach section shows the newest external conversation threads across every agent in the business. Each row identifies the outside counterparty, direction, subject, preview, time, unread state, and the acting agent for outbound mail. Select a row to open that thread in the shared Email Inbox.
The section also shows the business's shared email address with a copy action. Internal, system, failed, and held messages do not appear in this Business Pulse summary; use Email Inbox for the complete business mail history.
Roadmap
The roadmap lists every opportunity for the business in order, first to last, from where the business is today toward your primary goal. The order describes sequence, not fixed dates.
Each opportunity keeps its open, in-progress, paused, or done state in place on the roadmap. The same underlying state appears on the dedicated Opportunities page.
If the roadmap is missing or incomplete, select Create Roadmap or Complete Roadmap to send the request to your operating officer. The operating officer reviews the current business context and decides what belongs in the roadmap; the button does not create predefined stages or opportunities itself.
Ask for changes in chat
The operating officer and specialist agents can update business data shown in Business Pulse. Ask for a clearer overview, updated logo, or a new brand treatment in chat. Generated logo concepts remain inactive until you approve one.
Live work and roadmap areas are managed by Pazi. An agent should update the real opportunity records rather than drawing fake status into the page.
Use page actions safely
Buttons inside Business Pulse can open a conversation or send an allowed request to the surrounding dashboard. They do not directly perform sensitive or irreversible actions.
Review the agent's response and approve any consequential follow-up in chat.
Refresh behavior
Business Pulse reads its visible operating sections directly from live product state and refreshes supporting agent-authored overview data in the background. Current work can update without the agent rewriting the page layout.
If a recent visual edit is not visible yet, wait for the active agent run to finish and use the dashboard refresh. Do not ask multiple agents to overwrite the same branding at once.
Mobile use
You can read Business Pulse and continue chatting on a phone or tablet. Starting, retrying, resuming, or opening opportunity work is designed for desktop and shows a handoff message on smaller devices. If you do not return on desktop, Pazi may send one reminder for that business.
