Free

Free includes $10.00 in one-time funding, 1 active owned business, no team-member invites, 5 business email sends per period, and unlimited agents. No payment method is required.

Engaged Free accounts can start up to four Pazi heartbeats over the lifetime of the account, even after funding runs out. The fourth heartbeat finishes, then future heartbeats stop until the owner subscribes and starts them again. Inactive Free accounts do not receive heartbeats. Pazi-covered heartbeat costs are never deducted from a later subscription allowance.

Pro includes multiple businesses, team-member invites, and unlimited agents at every funding level. Pick the monthly funding that fits your work:

You can move to a larger or smaller funding level at any time from Account → Subscription.

Funding is shared across all of your businesses, so one Cash Balance covers every business you own. Cash Balance is Pazi service funding, not withdrawable cash. Payout is separate and shows eligible sales proceeds available for withdrawal.

Yearly billing is paid annually at 20% off and still adds funding monthly.

If you already subscribed before Pazi moved to a single plan, nothing changed for you: your price and monthly funding stayed exactly the same. That includes the retired $20 tier — it is no longer sold, but existing subscribers keep it at the same price until they choose a different amount.

What uses funding

Pazi-billed model work reduces Cash Balance by its cost in US dollars. The exact amount depends on the model, input, output, tools, and task length. A billable request needs at least $0.01 available before it can start.

Funding can also be used by the operating officer's direct replies, image generation, voice transcription, web search helpers, and other billed runtime tools. Image cost depends on model, quality, and size; transcription depends on audio duration; a Brave search request costs $0.01.

Creating an agent does not use an agent slot or a separate creation fee. Work performed by that agent can use funding.

Who is billed

Work outside a business uses the acting account's own balance. Work by an agent attached to a business uses the business owner's balance, even when an admin or member starts the run.

Collaborators keep their own subscriptions. Joining another person's business does not merge Cash Balances or give the member control of the owner's billing.

Check usage

Open Account → Subscription to see the current plan, funding used, Cash Balance, period reset date, and any scheduled plan change. The account menu also shows a compact balance meter.

Pazi checks funding availability before starting web or Slack work when it can identify the billed owner. If a run is blocked, web chat opens the out-of-funding dialog and Slack replies with a link to increase the plan or buy an eligible top-up instead of starting the agent.

Running out of funding

If you use all of your monthly funding, increase your Pro funding level or buy a one-time top-up. The out-of-funding dialog shows both choices and takes you straight to the right controls. Your recurring funding also resets at the start of each billing period.

Top-ups are available on active Pro $50+ plans, whether billed monthly or yearly. Choose $20, $50, $100, $200, or $500. A top-up adds extra funding when you need more than your plan includes. It is a one-time purchase and does not change your recurring subscription.

Bonuses

Completing the current segmentation survey can add a one-time $1.00 bonus to Cash Balance. Successful referrals add separate funding bonuses for the referrer and the new user, with an account-lifetime cap on referrer rewards.

Use Account → Referrals to send or track referral invitations.

Change, cancel, or downgrade

Use Account → Subscription to upgrade, change, or cancel a plan. Use Billing Information to open Stripe's billing portal for the saved payment method.

Moving between Pro funding levels is never blocked by business count — every level allows unlimited businesses. You can cancel to Free regardless of how many businesses are active. When the cancellation takes effect, Pazi keeps the oldest allowed business active and pauses the surplus, because Free allows one active business.

Cancelling returns the account to the free plan when the paid period ends. Account deletion separately cancels the active subscription as part of background cleanup.
