Tasks & Calendar lets an agent run work later or on a repeating schedule. Use it for monitoring, briefings, checks, data collection, reminders, and other work that should not depend on you remembering to send a message.
Create a scheduled task
Open Tasks & Calendar and select the new-task action. Tell the agent what to do, choose when it should run, and optionally select another agent under More options.
The dashboard supports simple recurring choices such as:

Ask an agent to schedule work
You can also ask an agent in chat. This is useful for a custom five-field cron schedule or when the schedule should continue a particular conversation.
Every weekday at 8:30 AM Europe/Zagreb time, review the approved support sources, summarize new urgent issues with links, and post the final briefing in this conversation. If nothing material changed, say so in one sentence.

Write a self-contained instruction
Each occurrence normally starts fresh provider context while keeping the same Pazi task and destination. Put the sources, scope, output format, and “nothing changed” behavior in the scheduled instruction rather than relying on an old model session to remember them.
The agent can still use its durable memory, skills, files, and credentials available at run time.
Where results appear
A task tied to a web conversation posts its final reply into that dashboard conversation. A task tied to a supported Slack conversation replies in the bound Slack thread.
An agent can also use its outbound Slack tool during scheduled work, but only for channels where that agent already has access. See Slack.

From Tasks & Calendar you can:
When editing a legacy or custom schedule the simple form cannot display, changing only the name or instruction preserves the original timing. Selecting a new schedule replaces it.
Pazi heartbeat
Pazi heartbeat is a separate system-managed schedule for the protected operating officer. Manage it from Business Setup rather than Tasks & Calendar.
Paused businesses and funding
Scheduled work for a paused business is skipped. Unpause the business before expecting its tasks to run.
Each run uses the normal agent runtime and billing path. If the responsible owner has insufficient funding, the work cannot start. A deleted credential also disappears from future scheduled runs.
