Create your first business

After a new account is created, Pazi opens the new-business screen. Describe the idea, existing company, or project you want the operating officer to understand. If you entered an idea on the public home page before signing in, Pazi carries it into this flow.

Provide an existing website, brand guide, or other source when available. Pazi prioritizes extracting and organizing existing brand information before inventing new assets.

What happens during setup

The operating officer starts by helping you explore your idea. Questions, research, and brainstorming do not by themselves start a business build. When your direction is actionable and you want Pazi to proceed, it records the primary goal, creates an ordered roadmap of opportunities, and delegates useful background work.

Business pages remain available from the sidebar throughout setup, including before setup starts. Incomplete areas show their normal empty or not-ready state. While the business is being built, you can continue chatting, and Business Pulse fills in completed work as results arrive.

If the first setup run fails, the new-business screen keeps the original idea and offers a retry instead of leaving the business permanently stuck.

Create another business

Open the business switcher and select New Business. Each genuinely new business uses one active-business slot on the owner's plan.

Switch businesses

Use the business switcher at the top of the sidebar. Switching changes Business Pulse, Email Inbox, Opportunities, Tasks & Calendar, Business Setup, business memory, and the credential pool available to that business's agents.

Agent pages remain scoped to the selected agent. If you switch to another business, choose one of that business's agents before editing its profile, files, skills, memory, or integrations. The Email Inbox always follows the selected business and combines mail from all of its agents.

Pause a business

Owners can pause any owned business, including one whose setup is incomplete. A paused business stays in the switcher but becomes dormant.

Unpause the business when you have an available slot. If the selected business is paused and another active business exists, Pazi selects an active one.

Rename and update the business

Use Business Setup to manage the public website and members. You can also rename an owned business directly from the Business Pulse identity header, which is limited to the logo and name.

The business owner also manages Pazi heartbeat from Business Setup: choose its cadence or stop future occurrences while keeping the business active.

You can also ask the operating officer to update business metadata as the company evolves. Keep the primary goal and current constraints clear so the opportunity roadmap stays useful.

Delete or downgrade considerations

You can cancel to Free regardless of how many businesses are active. When the cancellation takes effect, Pazi keeps the oldest allowed business active and pauses the surplus, because Free allows one active business. Moving between Pro funding levels is never blocked by business count — every Pro level allows unlimited businesses.

Pausing is reversible; account deletion is not. Review Use Pazi responsibly before destructive account or business actions.
