Read an opportunity

Each opportunity includes a title, priority, short description, potential impact, status, what you get, and what agents do behind the scenes. Expand it to understand why it matters before starting it.

An opportunity is a real chunk of work rather than a single small task. What you get lists the finished things that end up in your hands, such as a logo, a set of brand colors, or a live landing page. What agents do behind the scenes lists the work that produces them, such as competitor research, positioning, or generating the artwork.

The roadmap

Your opportunities form an ordered roadmap of milestone stages, first to last, from where the business is today toward your primary goal. Each normal stage groups five or six substantial opportunities under one outcome. Pazi shows the complete path while keeping the earliest unfinished normal task current.

One opportunity in every business is always the launch opportunity: the point where you decide where to launch the product or find your first leads. When you take it, a growth agent researches several concrete, named places to launch — communities, directories, marketplaces, newsletters, and similar — and presents them so you can pick one. It writes the detailed plan only after you have chosen.

Statuses

Awaiting input reflects whether the opportunity's specialist currently needs a response. Successful settled work becomes Done automatically. A New update label is reserved for progress on work that is not finished yet.

Start an opportunity

Select Take opportunity or Start. Main Chat records that the opportunity started, and Pazi begins the work in the background. Each opportunity keeps its own execution state even though all visible updates return to the same chat.

Continue or resume

Open an in-progress opportunity to return to Main Chat. Answer any pending specialist question there so the work can continue with the right context.

For paused work, select Resume. Pazi continues the same background workstream without throwing away previous files, history, or specialist state.

Avoid duplicate work

When a new request overlaps an active opportunity, the operating officer should reference the existing item instead of creating another opportunity or specialist run. Review that work first, then resume it or tell the operating officer how the new request differs.

Roadmap sequence

Roadmap order shows Pazi's recommended sequence, but it is not a start gate for normal opportunities. If you choose another open normal opportunity, you can start it immediately and distinct workstreams may run in parallel.

The four fixed launch-readiness rows use their own dependency graph because identity, website, and advertising have real product dependencies. Pazi may run dependency-ready setup siblings together.

Mark work complete

An opportunity should become Done only when the described outcome is actually finished. Completed work remains visible in the roadmap, which gives the business a durable record of progress.

If the output is incomplete, keep it in progress and ask for the missing part. If the opportunity no longer matters, pause or remove it instead of marking it done.

Mobile handoff

On phones and tablets, expanding an opportunity or starting, retrying, opening, and resuming its work shows a desktop handoff. A blocked mobile action does not change status or start a run.

Open the same business on desktop to continue. Pazi may send one reminder if you tried to start or resume work on mobile and do not return to desktop within about an hour.
